 We aim for 100% first time connections.
 Each dial in account comes with the following.

• Up to five "pop 3" email accounts, enough for the whole family.
• 5 Mb of web/ftp space
• UK wide connections at local rate charges.
• Local rate charges in 25 countries for frequent business travelers. (Email us for details)
• Free personal telephone number from our partner, Telinco plc.
• Free state of the art, US style Voice Mail.
• Free technical support. (Please note, as a local company, we pride ourselves on the fact that we will be able to give you, our customer, a level of service that will beat any National Company hands down.)
• Incoming modems support K56Flex, x2, V90 and 64k/128k ISDN.
• Incoming lines are all primary rate circuits running on BT's network. They are fully digital.
